We charge an honest fee for each service that we provide.
If you rent your property through us, we charge a percentage per month to manage your property or a simple one-off payment to find you a tenant. All tenants are covered on a tenant insurance policy, ensuring that you always get your money!
If you sell a property through us, our commission rate is negotiable (based on a percentage of the sale price of your home) and covers all marketing, advertising, accompanied viewings etc.
Our commission is always agreed by you before any work is undertaken by us, that way, you always know where you stand.
