For a fee of 1% Lesley Greaves estate agents will provide the following:
* For Sale Board
* Full Colour Brochure
* Advertise on the leading property website along with advertisement on our own website with a difference.
* Advertising in the "Homes to Buy" publication.
* We will also arrange all your viewings.
* We carry out every viewing on your behalf so that you will then never miss a viewing because you are at work etc. or feel uncomfortable showing someone around your home... We will take full control even in the evenings and at the weekends.
* Emailing to all clients
* Full updates on your property
* Once a sale has been agreed we will get you to the point of exchange of contract as quickly as possible... taking full control of your sale.
* Deliver a personal service putting you in the driver's seat.
We also provide all the help and support you may need - we're only a phone call away.
Option two:
For a fee of 0.75% Lesley Greaves estate agents will provide the following:
* For Sale Board
* Full Colour Brochure
* Advertise on the leading property website along with advertisement on our own website with a difference.
* Two adverts in the "Homes to Buy" publication (extra insertions are available at an additional cost).
* We will arrange all your viewings for you to carry out.
* Emailing to all clients
* Full updates on your property
* Once a sale has been agreed we will get you to the point of exchange of contract as quickly as possible... taking full control of your sale.
* Deliver a personal service putting you in the driver's seat.
We also provide all the help and support you may need - we're only a phone call away.
Both packages have a one off up front fee £199.00, payable at the point of instruction. The remainder of the fee will be payable upon the completion of the sale of your property. Package two entitles you to two adverts in "Homes to Buy" (extra insertions are available at an additional cost). Package one entitles you to full advertising in "Homes to Buy" until the property is sold and both packages have a minimum fee of £1,000.00.
The packages have been designed to give you the client the freedom to choose how to pay. The period of the sole agency is decided between us and you upon marketing your property to enable you the control of your own home. The initial up front fee is not refundable, even if you withdraw your property from the market or it is sold by another agent.
