We have a substantial client base which is predominantly private clients. We deal with all types of residential mortgages and remortgages as well as first time buyers and all types of Equity Release schemes as well as credit repair mortgages for clients. We are Independent Financial Advisors and Mortgage Brokers and we have access to the whole of the market on all types of mortgages.

We charge fees for advising and arranging mortgages for clients. The actual fee varies depending on the type of mortgage. As an example, we will charge £197.00 for a residential mortgage, £495.00 for a Lifetime Mortgage or Home Reversion Scheme and £495.00 for an Adverse Credit Case on application. We do not offer a free advice service but we will discuss the outline of a case with a potential client to determine if we can be of assistance to them.
