Run entirely by the five directors all hugely experienced in the property scene in Cambridge, with a back-up staff of 6 people including two receptionists, two assistant negotiators and two typists with part time help from others to provide a full time accompanied viewing service. Two of the directors are Chartered Surveyors, the other 3 belonging to the National Association of Estate Agents and all are bound by their strict codes of conduct.

We have always been amongst the most competitive firms in the area as far as charges are concerned, but it is impossible to give a precise guide. We are happy to quote fees at any time, but each case has to be treated on its merits. As a general guide, selling fees are usually not above 1% of the sale price and might be less depending on the property type and location. Professional fees are calculated at approximately £80 per hour but we are happy to quote a fixed price. Letting/management commission is normally at 10% of the rent but this includes everything except VAT and, unlike most others, we make no charge to the prospective tenants other than the cost of credit checks.

Of the five directors, two are Chartered Surveyors, the others being fellows of the National Association of Estate Agents. The two other assistants are both in the process of qualifying by examination.
