Business & Investment Finance is a firm of Specialist Finance Brokers, dealing only with property investors and developers in the UK. Stuart Buchanan, the Senior Partner, has been in the industry for over 20 years, and trading as Business & Investment since 1999.
Clients with portfolios of investment property, both residential and commercial, make up the majority of our clientbase.

Our team is headed by Stuart Buchanan, Senior Partner. Stuart is assisted by Maureen McCulloch, and also his wife Nicky. We have affiliated offices in both Liverpool and Newbury.

Clients with existing Portfolios of Investment Property are one of our specialities; we look at these from a very different perspective, not using traditional buy to let mortgages, but arranging one loan across the portfolio in order to allow the client to gear up much more on the existing equity and rental income, allowing much faster expansion of the portfolio.
Investment Portfolio purchases are another specialist area; we have lenders who will potentially offer full funding on a portfolio being bought in at a discount, meaning that the client need not come up with any cash.
Development Funding is one of Stuart's particular areas of expertise; from a Trading Facility to a Revolving Credit Facility, and all types of funding for site purchase and development. It is possible to arrange for as much as 100% finance, and interest can also be rolled up until the development is complete.
