Areas of Business (Products / Services):
We currently have properties, 40% for sale and 60% for let. On average, properties are sold within 3 months of being listed by us. We have properties between £65,000-£160,000.
Fees:
Commercial and residential sales: 2%.
Commercial and residential lettings: 50% of one month's rental.
Commercial and residential lettings: 50% of one month's rental.
Memberships / Accreditations:
We have experience in dealing with properties and are also undergoing necessary courses.
