Gill Harris has many years experience as a Mortgage Adviser both in the tied and independent sectors. Her great strength is placing even the most difficult cases. You can be assured that your circumstances will be individually researched and the best deal for you offered to you.

Other than Gill you may come across her husband Alec who, with 27 years military experience, is ideally suited to the need for planning and attention to detail. It is his job to liaise with solicitors, estate agents and insurance companies ot anyone else that you may need to deal with to ensure your mortgage goes through as smoothly as possible.

We advise and arrange on all forms of residential mortgages and commercial mortgages.

We do not normally charge a fee. However, should you prefer to pay a fee for our services you may do so. In any event this aspect will be discussed and agreed with you prior to you electing to do any business with us. It costs nothing to call us and chat things through.
