We have approx 20 properties for sales and rental. These figures can vary significantly.
Rental values are between £160per week for a one bed flat up to £600 per week for a large house with 4/6 bedrooms.
Sales values are from £150,000 for a one bedroomed flat up to £750,000 for a large period property.

Fees:
We have fixed fees for sales of 2% + vat for sole agency.
Our fees for property management are 12.5% + vat of the income achieved.
This is a set fee and includes the fee for finding the tenants.
For owners of large properties or multiple properties the Partners will discuss discounts on those fees.
