Welcome to the UK Property Shop. We are an estate agents and lettings management company. We are fairly new and have been in existence since November 2005. We pride ourselves on our customer service and believe that all our customers deserve a high standard of service at all times. We can provide an excellent quality without all the high street extravagance - including the pricing. We offer very reasonable rates to sell your house and only charge a 10% management fee for your rental property. We also offer free valuations and a good quality survey if needed. We have access to mortgage advisors and also financial advisors if needed.

We have 2 shops and one display outlet, all our staff are dedicated to providing a good customer service and attempt to always work with a smile. We are soon opening our 3rd branch in the Garstang area and look to expand our UK Property Shop family.

We have many types of properties on our books from small terraced houses to large 4 bedroom luxury homes, something for all tastes (and wallets). The average sale price for a house tends to be between £100K and £140. We have found that houses in the university area sell fairly quickly and only tend to be on the market for a relatively short period of time; we usually get between 4 -5 houses per week on the books and when we are busy this can go up to 10. We advertise on one of the major property portals and all our properties are currently listed on there.
