We are established since August, 2002. We have only one branch in Leicester and successfully running with three staff. We are in the process of setting up one more branch on Narborough Road soon.

We believe in fair dealings and do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion or ethnic minority. We are progressing by leaps and bounds through good and reliable reputation.

We carry out free valuations and sell properties on No Sale - No Fee basis. We do not charge any percentage but a flat fee of £499.00 (Inclusive) on Sales.

On the residential letting side we charge a Management Fee from 5% onwards. It depends on the services our clients require from us. As far as the Commercial side is concerned, our Management Charges start from 10% onwards. Residential or Commercial Management charges are always negotiable.

We have applied for National Association of Estate Agent's Membership, but they require some of the documentary evidence based on time spent in the business, hopefully by the middle of this year, we will achieve the Full Membership of NAEA.
