We cannot be good for landlords if we're not good for tenants and therefore we do not put up unnecessary barriers which stop good prospective tenants coming to us. We don't charge high fees to tenants which will cause them to look elsewhere.

To become a member of ARLA, a letting agency must prove that it performs to a very high standard, has qualified staff and holds all client money according to ARLA best practice.
