Whitegates have been established in the Yorkshire area since 1976, specialize in the sale and rental of residential properties. We are a large group of agents with offices across the North and South. The company has been in operation since 1976 and there are 200 staff working for us across 80 offices. We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Ombudsman Scheme and the ARLA.

All our staff undergo several professional training programs including sales and letting covering all aspects of the legal and sales procedures. The letting staff have pass ARLA exams.

Doncaster sales and rentals, we currently manage over 150 quality properties and have a stock over 100 houses for sale. An average property is sold within 12 weeks, rentals are rented within 2 to 3 weeks. We have over 20 instructions per month. The price range is between £50k to £500k.

Our sales fees start from 1% and management fees start at 12.5 % of monthly income. Tenant must pay a bond of £100 more than the monthly rent and when applying for a property a fee of £100 is required to pass the reference.
