Single Man projects - £ 150.00 per Day - £80.00 Per Half Day (Minimum dependent on project type etc) - large projects / bulk time frames etc - rates T B A - Vat not applicable.

Materials are as per pricing at the time of project. All materials are to be paid for on delivery, or prior to delivery if by cheque.
All items etc are fully receipted.

Dependent on project length there may be a 30% fee of total project cost for labour / running costs on the Start Date.

Additional staff etc are on a T B A basis.

We are fully insured with over 30 years of experience, although we have no certifications in set trades etc.

We are also a recognized member of the
F.S.B. (Federation of Small Businesses).
