Our main arears of business are Sales, Letting and Property Management. We are also introducers to Mortgage companies like Mortgage Match.

Fees:
Our residential fees are from £695 depending on the size of the property. This will be agreed with the client.
Residential letting - Letting Only Service - 50% one off fee on first months rent.
Rent Collection - Letting Only + 8% on the monthly rent.
Full Management - Letting service, Rent Collection and property management. - 9% introductory offer and 11% from the 2nd month.
