The skills gained through this department have now been applied to a flourishing Overseas Properties section, specialising in villas and apartments in Northern Cyprus, and now moving into the Bulgarian property market also.
Our Residential Lettings department also utilises the state of the art technology which clients have come to expect from Alexanders to provide a first-rate Tenant Introduction and Property Management Service, taking the stress out of filling and maintaining investment properties.

Fees:
Our basic fee for the sale of residential property is 1.5% of the purchase price, with a 'no sale no fee' promise.
Property Management costs are set at 15% of the rental income for a single property, 12.5% for two or three properties and 10% for four or more properties.
Our 'Introduction Only' service for Landlords, which includes property advertisement and the conduct of fully accompanied viewings, carries a fee of £300 (or half a month's rent if that is greater), plus further administrative costs if we are commissioned to draw up Leases and compile detailed Inventories.
