Driveway and Garden Maintenance is a new company, based in Solihull, West Midlands. My company clients include Bourne Vale Stables in Sutton Coldfield (as a corporate contract) and I maintain several private gardens.
I am 37 years of age and have been working for a printing company in Customer Services for the past 18 years, but am now taking the opportunity to pursue my chosen vocation.
My previous experience in gardens:
I have maintained and improved my own gardens for over 10 years. I have also helped maintain a 7-acre plot doing general duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming and maintaining borders. I am dedicated and always proud of what I do and love to see the end result that I achieve.
My business plan is to concentrate on a couple of selected contracts that I can dedicate my time on and give them 100% commitment. Not just doing what they want but doing that little bit extra, giving total customer satisfaction. We believe that by doing this will establish a reputation and quality that will ensure my customers do come back for more. I can do grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming (all using petrol machinery) and can take away any waste as required.
I also have available a mobile pressure washer to clean any stonework (walls, paving etc), fences, decking etc. I am sure this could be very useful as well.
The benefit and value of using DGM is that as a relatively new company, it is crucial that my work and portfolio is exceptional, in order for my business to establish and grow based on those most vital of commodities, word of mouth, and recommendation. Therefore I will always give you 100%.

Fees:
I base it from 15.00 for cutting lawns subject to size, will be happy to do a monthly invoice for 12 month contract
If I win any contract, I will do one month's work for you, and if you are not happy with the service or results, then I offer the facility to retract the contract with no charge to yourselves whatsoever. If possible I would request regular monthly meetings to get feedback from yourselves (hopefully all good, but I do welcome constructive criticism too). Please fell free to contact me for a free quote

Memberships / Accreditations:
I am in the process of completing Landscaping course at Birmingham College. Later in the year I will be doing Chainsaw, Book keeping and a few others. I have got 18 years in Customer Service so I know all about Customers' needs!
