We are a firm of Commercial Property Consultants dealing with all aspects of business space including offices, industrial/warehouse, retail and commercial development. As property agents we are involved throughout the M3 corridor, Blackwater Valley, and A3 corridor with property disposals and acquisitions, including the GU, RG, SL, TW and KT postcodes. These include the counties of Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire and more specifically the towns of Aldershot, Bagshot, Farnborough, Camberley, Farnham, Fleet, Frimley, Lightwater. As well as being commercial letting agents our clients include developers and occupiers, with professional advice being given at Director level in the capacity of Surveyors, Consultants and Deal Brokers.

We employ 5 staff, comprising 2 fee earners, 2 secretaries and a book keeper.

Our range of property expertise extends from large land acquisitions through development to letting and sale of the completed product. We also undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and specialised tasks associated with problem solving at every stage of commercial property acquisition and disposal.

We charge fees dependent upon the task. Where we act for a landlord our fees are fairly close to the recognised industry standard of 10% of 1 year's rent reserved on lettings, and 1.5-2% on sales.

Where are acting for a tenant or are acquiring a property our fees are based on a fixed fee or are based upon the savings we are able to achieve for our client. These savings may include items other than just the headline financial saving.

We are not members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors but we do adhere to their professional ethics. We have 2 consultants who are Chartered Surveyors.

Our 2 directors have over 58 years of property expertise between them and we have a long list of clients, including many major companies who will give us a reference if required.
