A verbal consultation at £75 includes a 2 hour assessment of the property inside and out. The home staging advisor will comment on first impressions and the general presentation of the property. They will advise on ways to maximise your property's appeal.
The standard consultation at £125, starts with the verbal assessment of the property, but the homeowner will also receive a written report detailing the observation, recommendations and will include an action plan detailing changes that would make the best of each area.
Additional home staging services include:
decluttering, cleaning, room colour and styling schemes, painting and decorating, room staging, gardening tidying, presentation guidance, personal shopping and project management.
Design Fix has a stock of accessories for sale...vases, lamps, silk flowers, cushions, throws, candles... Purchases can be made during a consultation or direct from our unit in Botany Bay, Chorley, Lancashire (2nd floor).
As a member of the Home Staging Network, Design Fix has signed up to a professional code of practice to ensure high standard of customer service.
