Alan Boswell & Company is the independent financial services division of Alan Boswell Group. The Group is one of the UK's leading regional insurance and financial services organisations and was established in 1982.

Alan Boswell & Company has grown steadily to become one of the largest Independent Financial Advisers in the country with specialist teams providing a wide range of clients with investment, pensions, employee benefit, mortgages and other forms of financial advice.

We have 14 FSA registered financial advisers backed up by a team of administrators and researchers.

Our IFA division has around 10,000 clients and the wider Alan Boswell Group around 30,000 more. These are a mixture of corporate and personal clients. We offer a full range of financial services: comprehensive investment advice and reviews, individual and group pensions, life assurance, permanent health and private medical insurances, portfolio planning, residential and commercial mortgages.

We offer clients a choice of a fee-based or commission-based service, or a mixture of the two to suit the needs of different clients. Depending upon your circumstance, we can offer commission- offset against fees, time-based charging or a fixed rate. We do not generally charge for initial consultations although our mortgage team does require a commitment fee before extensive research is undertaken.
