United Property Management (UPM), was established as a Limited Company in the late 1980's, for the purpose of managing their own, and their associates' properties. UPM specialised in residential, rest homes, youth hostels and private dwellings. Since 2003 UPM has grown and is so under sole trading. We specialise now in managing private properties.

We offer a complete management service for properties mainly in the north west of Manchester. Out fee is a small 11.5% of the rent collected, this amount is including VAT and we do not charge you for tenant finding the only other charge you will be expected to pay aside from the 11.5% is a one off £75.00 administration fee this is for advertisement of the property and contracts.
