We act as a booking agency to private property owners. We have a small team in the office who personally arrange accommodation, plus 'home visitors' who inspect and grade accommodation applications.

We have approximately 1000 places to stay in central England. Most of our hosts / property owners stay remain listed with our service for an indefinite period of time until they no longer wish to offer their property.

We do not actively promote for new accommodation, but accept new property owners on recommendation or application.

Individuals pay a small booking deposit of £25 by credit card to ensure bona fide guests and enquiries. This is refunded in full if not suitable accommodation is available. £20 is credited back as a long-stay discount on bookings of 4+ weeks at the end of the stay on receipt of our feed back form. This is to ensure we maintain high standards of accommodation.
