We have taken on the modern way of working and that's on online. So gone are the shiny offices, and we direct clients money to marketing their home not on buying thick carpets.

We started operating at the beginning of 2007 and concentrate on a 15 mile radius of Prestbury.

Vivienne Law is one half of Mov'In Property. She brings to the company a wealth of experience in management and marketing, and has also successfully run her own international consultancy business. She is married to a valuation surveyor.

Victoria Howarth has worked for several years with two local independent estate agents and brings a wealth of residential property experience to the business. She has also lived in the area all her life and knows what the area has to offer potential purchasers. She is married to a Builder Craftsman.

We concentrate on providing a service to a limited number of properties at anyone time, the most we will have is 30. Our expertise is on homes valued between £300,000 and £1,500,000.

All properties are on a 0.75% commission rate.
