We are based in Islington, in between Highbury and Clerkenwell. Our Mother company already has its own portfolio of property as well as what our clients have to offer. We specialise in both investors, sourcing suitable properties, selling, land sales and acquisition. We also have very strong links overseas which includes our own developments in Cyprus, Bulgaria as well as developments via our business partners in other countries.

Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £100.00 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. There is a reference charge per individual of £30.00 to cover referencing via a professional referencing agency. The Deposit is dependent on the property but is usually equal to 6 weeks rent and a per calendar months in advance; the rent and deposit needs to be in a cleared form before moving in.
