Corporate lets are also becoming very popular we have specific property that we allow single persons to rent on a short term basis, we even fetch them from the airport if needed. These apartments come fully furnished and bills are included in the price.

We manage lettings right the way across South Wales, Port Talbot, Barry, Hengoed, Blackwood, Merthyr ETC. Clients who have come to us since opening the lettings are been pleasantly surprised, our company is always looking for ways to excel our service. We have roughly5/7 property arriving weekly but due to our high waiting lists we don't get to advertise them they are immediately gone, as we vet all our clients prior to them going onto the lists. We have a group of 24 hour tradesman who we contract out to tenants who have problems with their property, no waiting for weeks on end hoping this leak will stop our response team are there. We also make sure that no rent arrears ever occur.

Our company is registered with the Landlords deposit scheme, when vetting a clients we charge a admin fee of 75.00 pounds we have no over heads as we are internet based and work from home so we pass the savings onto the customer that is why we are the cheapest. We can offer you a fully vetted tenant for your property for 50% of the first months rent, then if you want to make sure the property maintenance keeps up because you do want the hassle of a tenant, then we charge 30.00 pcm; this covers us to make sure no falling behind with the rent, roof tile blows off we will fix it etc. All our responsibilities are set out in our contracts, the maintenance fee is claimed every quarter.
