Properties on our books are usually let within 21 days and typically in the range of £400 to £600 pcm.

Fees:
Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £50 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually 6 weeks and a months rent is requested before moving in.
