We currently have 15 properties on our books, 10 to let (between £150 and £300 per week) and 5 for sale (prices between £240,000 and £380,000). Every month, we have about 5-6 new properties for rent and 1-2 properties for sale. On average, properties listed with us are sold within a month and a half.

We provide a complete management service, complete with property maintenance and cleaning services to a high standard. We currently have 7 properties under management in the SW area. Most of them are one or two bedroom flats.

Thanks to extensive contacts with overseas developers, we also have a large and diverse portfolio of international properties, which offers our clientele the opportunity to invest anywhere in the world.

We provide the complete solution regarding the buying of property, and ensure the buying process is as transparent as possible while giving our clients the highest quality of service and value for their investment.

Our reputation is based on mutual trust and superior business ethics.

Sales: Our sole agency is only 1% (3% for multiple agency fee).

Rentals: Our introduction fee is 5%. Our full management fee only 10%.
