We have been operating since 2004 in Queens Road. Our main area of business is managing residential properties for out landlords and have resources in place to cope with this demanding area of business.

The fees are dependent on the option chosen and at various times we offer promotional incentives for new landlords. Again these details are all in the Agency Agreement which we give to all prospective landlords.
