We have been operating since 1991 and have used Robertson Street and London Road before using our current Queens Road address. Our main areas of business are lettings for commercial and residential and have resources in place to cope with this demanding area of business.

We have 4 people in our office that can deal with lettings. The head of lettings is Norman Rushbrook.

We have roughly 40 properties that we currently let out and are always increasing our numbers. Properties are let quickly so looking in our window or calling in regularly is recommended.

Our administration fees are £75 and we always require a month's rent in advance and a deposit which is equal to a month's rent. Also to secure a property once you have viewed a holding deposit is required in order for us to carry out necessary checks and references. This will be returned if all paperwork is acceptable. We will not show anyone else the property if we have a holding deposit.
