We manage all types of residential property from studio apartments to large HMO properties (most popular with our established student population). At Karaman Lettings and Property Management we really care about our Landlord and Tenant clients and we believe quality properties attract quality tenants. We keep our property portfolio relatively small so our commitment to our clients is 100%.
Fees:
Most clients like our 'fully inclusive' fees. They also like the fact that Karaman Lettings and Property Management do NOT charge VAT.
Our fully inclusive fee for Complete Management is £250.00 (which covers every aspect of letting from advertising to tenant check-in). 12.5% of the monthly rent is payable thereafter.
And for our more 'hands-on' landlord clients we offer a Tenant Introduction service for 50% of the first month's rent (subject to £250.00 minimum).
No vat is added to our fees and our services can be personalised to meet each client's individual needs.
