Sheppards Lettings are a small company formed in 2007 who offer a friendly and approachable service to all their Landlords and Tenants. Following personal experience of property investments in the area, we are keenly aware of the needs of our clients. We aim to meet and exceed their expectations both with our value for money and professionalism.

Fees:
For Tenants our fee is a one off cost of £50 per person. This covers necessary referencing and administration. Deposits are equal to one month's rent plus the necessary rental payment required monthly in advance.
For Landlords our Tenant find only fee is £300.
Our Full Management fee is £200 plus 10% of the gross monthly rental income. All our charges are inclusive of vat.
