In 1992 that David Crane due to requests from family and property owners established Crane Property Management. Swift Relocations and Crane Property Management grew steadily over the years due to word of mouth and recommendation without the need to advertise. David carried out numerous redevelopment schemes, for individual, and large companies, specialising in letting and management of residential housing.
The present day offices occupied by Swift Relocations and Crane Property Management have been in the Crane Family since 1883. The predecessors as far back as David's Great Great Grandfather have owned and traded at this location until the present date, 120 years one of the longest family owed businesses in Carmarthen. David Crane was born and brought up in Carmarthen, married with two grown up children and now living near Meidrim, his parents were both local doctors.
Twenty three years ago he returned to Carmarthen to take over the century old family business in King Street.

The traditional retail businesses on the ground floor that were known as Cloth Hall have been converted into two contemporary fashion boutiques known as Tempo and Nomads and are leased.
During the past 23 years, David has supervised all aspects of property, redevelopment, refurbishing, and management, now using this expertise to specialise in the rapid growth area of residential property lettings and management.
