Trevor Jones is the principal of Mortgage Trolley. He has over 40 years of first-hand experience in the commercial and business sectors. During this time he has set up and run a diverse range of his own businesses and has also been a consultant and trouble-shooter for several successful companies in both the retail and service industries.
As a result he has empathy and most importantly an understanding of the needs, the stress and sometimes apprehension of his clients, when they are thinking of buying a business or raising finance to improve or consolidate their existing businesses.
He has specialist knowledge of the commercial leasehold loans market, arranging finance and refinance for a broad selection of retail shops, pub, bars and licensed trades, restaurant and fast food outlets and the care and hospitality sector. He has successfully secured loans for short leases which are notoriously difficult to fund.
