We are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of the Landlord, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.

Carefully Selected Quality Tenants
Drawn from a continually updated register, all prospective Tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked. In some cases we will also require a guarantor.
Out of Hours Service
For our initial meetings with you we will if necessary be pleased to visit your property outside normal office hours, at a time that is convenient to you, and thus fit in with your busy schedule. A member of staff is also available on the telephone out of hours until the time stated in our accompanying letter.

We are presently operationing our sales and letting departments from 1 branch, we have a total of 14 staffs, 4 in sales, 1 manager and 3 sales Negotiators, in our lettings we have 1 lettings manager and 4 Negotiators, 1 receptionist, 1 admin, 1 marketing Manager and a assistant and a General manager/ Director.
