We are a property consultancy company involved in all aspects of property management including sales, lettings, mortgages and business consultancy.
We specialise in helping tenants or first time buyers get onto the property ladder. We assist property investors in acquiring, letting and managing their properties.
As letting agents, we will search the market to find our tenants the right property. We will guide them through the letting process from start to finish; ensuring that they are settled in as smoothly as possible; and should they wish to buy their property or any other for that matter, we have specialist mortgage advisors to guide them through the house buying process.
The scope of our service also covers property sales. We recognise the need to have a property to hit the market at the right purchase price so to this end, we will have a property valued by a qualified member of RICS who will have a firm understanding of the local market and be best placed to give a true valuation of the property.
Using our various marketing tools - electronic, print media and the internet, we can always assure our vendors of a speedy sale and what is more, we only charge 0.75% + vat for selling your property.

Staff:
We are staffed by three mortgage advisors - Mr Babs Shokoya, Mr Jack Ali and Mr V Okwuasaba. We have a further five members of staff who look after the lettings and sales angle of the business. Of worthy mention Ms Martha Osaji who heads the lettings team and Mr Kumar who heads the sales team. We have three other members of staff who concentrate on the property management arm of the business.
In all, there are 15 people seeing to the smooth running of the company and these are all professionals with varying qualifications and fully poised to deliver on the needs of our clients.
