We at Town & City Homes are by no means any usual Estate Agents. We base and pride ourselves on the EPICS of our business.
Efficiency, Professionalism, Integrity, and Customer Satisfaction... some of the words not always associated with Estate Agents, however we are no ordinary estate agents.
As for the services we provide, we are like most other High Street Estate Agents but maybe with just a little bit more. We can sell your home, find someone to rent it, furnish it if its empty or furnish it to rent out, arrange independent mortgage advice, supply your conveyancing and we even have exclusive rates from a national vehicle rental company to make your move that little bit cheaper.

Our directors and staff are either experienced estate agents or experienced in professional sales. We prefer to employ sales staff to train and develop into Town & City Estate Agents as we feel that employing from other estate agents could introduce poor practice and habits that other estate agents allow. We uphold ourselves on quality and professionalism and we will not allow our staff to give anything less.

We offer properties to let and for sale across the North of England. We also have independent financial advisors that are able to answer questions on all aspects of buying property and provide financial solutions that are best for clients. All lending facilities are considered and quoted from. In addition we work with one of the UK's largest conveyancing solicitors to ensure swift and smooth conveyancing.
Fees:
Properties for sale: We operate a fixed fee of 1% for sales.
Properties to let: We operate a tenancy introduction scheme which we charge 10% of the first 6 months rent, plus an additional landlords insurance fee to complete the scheme (full details available on request).
