The company is run by a small, enthusiastic team who pride themselves in seeking out desirable locations and planning each development thoughtfully. This enables them to offer exciting designs that blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment and existing architecture of the region, whilst still achieving uncompromising quality. Hannick Homes was established in 1979 and specialises in building both small and medium sized housing developments, particularly those that need some element of land assembly.

There is a substantial need for new housing to meet the current housing shortfall in the region. We create many of our development sites by purchasing and piecing together large gardens, varying in size from 2 to 50 houses.
We will purchase land either unconditionally, subject to gaining a planning consent or with an existing planning consent and are interested in both brownfield land and longer-term greenfield/strategic land.
We are renowned for the personal approach that we apply to our land buying. One person will look after the process from the initial introduction through to completion and ensure all possible options are explored. We have many years experience of optimising the use of land which allows us to ensure maximum value and returns for the landowners we deal with.
