Homefinder keep there fee structure simple and straight forward, so you can be clear about what you will pay. Stand fees comprise of a deductible instruction fee plus a success fee.

We Charge an initial instruction fee of £400 plus VAT (£470). This is deductible from the final success fee which is payable on completion.

Our success fee is never more that 1% on a residential purchase or a flat rate of 2% on all commercial or investment purchasers.

We don't charge to sell property.
