Areas of Business (Products / Services):
We currently have 25 properties let and managed by our team. On average, properties are let within 2 weeks of being listed by us. We have properties between £450 - £2000 pcm.
Fees:
Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £150 per tenancy, which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually is equivalent to 1 months rent and an advance payment for the first months rent is required before moving in.
