Our main locations are Liverpool, Southport, Wigan and all areas of the Northwest.
We are currently doing over 20 mortgages per month per advisor and these are for Buy to Lets, 100% mortgages, Right to Buys, purchases and Remortgages.

We specialise in Buy to let markets and in particular new build developments, although we are equally proficient in the First time buyer market.

Those with CCJs are dealt with by Adam Lang who has a great track record with both purchases and remortgages.

We do not charge a fee for our consultations, although we do charge £250 for our service should you decide to come with us. We feel that a Flat fee of £250 is better for all parties, with you have excellent credit or have just been made bankrupt. This is paid once you have your mortgage offer - Nothing to pay until we have done all of the work for you!!!

All advisors are Cemap qualified.
