MW is a new operation. The senior partner has over 20 yeas experience as a broker and packager and is supported by qualified and experienced personnel whose aim is to arrange unique funding solutions for individuals and businesses.

Primarily, MW arrange residential mortgages, remortgages and secured loans in the UK. However, commercial funding such as bridging is also available - as is international funding for all of the above.

Our client base is comprised of residential, corporate and SME's.

Loans, whether residential or commercial can be arranged for Complex prime, poor credit history, ex bankrupts and business start ups. An effective solution can be found for the most difficult and unusual cases.
We deal with CCJ's, stopping repossessions, remortgages, first time buyers, subsequent buyers, Buy to Lets and Let to Buys. We have yet to find a loan proposition where we weren't able to find a solution.

We USUALLY charge a fee of 1% on completion. This is paid in addition to the fee we receive from the lender.

We charge the fee because we don't limit ourselves to a small panel. It might be that various options need to be combined in order to make a solution work.

We are paid for our time, our expertise and knowledge of the market.

However we don't charge for advice - our fees are paid on completion.

We are directly regulated by the FSA for mortgage and General Insurance.

For commercial funding solutions, FSA membership is not yet regulated.
