We promise not to charge full "tradesmen" rates for all of the smaller common jobs that often need completing on rented properties. We ensure the price of the work accurately reflects the size of the job - no minimum daily rates or excessive call out charges.

Our aim is to be competitive every time, and only ever charge what a job is worth. By doing this we can continue to build a client bank of landlords who will keep coming back to us for all of their property maintenance needs.

We are currently offering a very competitive fixed price management service which has been set up to save landlords money. The average management fee is around 10% of the rent received - our current rate is a very competitive £25 per month per property.
This is a particularly competitive scheme for landlords who have existing tenants in place.
Our clients often use an Estate Agent to find a tenant but then pass us the tenant to manage on an ongoing basis as they can make significant savings.
Property maintenance
If you require urgent attention we aim to get an operative to you within 8 hours.
By using mobile technology we always aim to be available night or day.
We get things right first time, and will always be honest with our assessment and pricing.
We understand that once a tenant has moved out of a property there may be many jobs that require doing to ensure you maximise the potential rent from the next tenant.
These jobs can often range from minor "touch ups" to major refurbishment, here are some examples of how we can help:

If you are considering using our Property Management services you can be rest assured that your tenant's deposit will be safe within the Deposit Protection Service.
