Home Hunter Ltd is an independent property search consultancy. The agency offers a bespoke home finding service, acting solely on behalf of clients who are relocating to the south west; in particular for clients who wish to purchase rural property in Somerset, Dorset and West Wiltshire.

Home Hunter is a family run company. The director is Nicki Shepherd.

I decided to set up Home Hunter because I believe there is a real need for a property search business that focuses on finding a home for clients, not a house.

So what do I do that's a bit different from the rest?

Well, firstly I only take on a very few clients so that I can really focus on you and your needs.

Secondly , I won't take on a new client if their requirements would put them in potential competition with an existing client.

Thirdly I will tailor my service to meet your requirements right the way through the home buying process, so, for example, if you want me to be there in person to manage your moving day, or sort out a nursery for your children, or find a livery stables for your horse then that's no problem.
