We were established in 1989 as a Relocation and Letting Agent and are one of the very first companies specialising in residential lettings, offering quality furnished or unfurnished accommodation (houses, apartments and flats) in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. We own a number of properties in Jesmond as well as market and/or manage a large number of high standard properties. Our clientelle includes most of the largest companies operating in and around Newcastle upon Tyne and our success has been our offering personal service and quality accommodation.

The Annette Rutherford Residential Lettings agency incorporates the Norma Mason Management company. Our success is due to the fact that callers are able to talk direct with either Annette or Norma assuring the fastest and best possible service.

Over the years, we have had over 500 properties (To Let) in our books with a listing time between 1-2 weeks. On average we receive or re-activate 30/40 properties per month. New properties are accepted subject to our inspection and their meeting our quality standards.

Our Fee for letting a property is equivalent to half a month's rent, inclusive of VAT. It covers costs for reference checks, bank mandates, preparation and signing the Short Hold Tenancy Agreement, collection of initial payments i.e security deposit and first month's rent, handling keys and checking tenants in the property. We also advertise all our properties in most of the major portals, top local property publications and our own website.

Have been a member of the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce for many years and currently considering to rejoin the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
