Fees:
For mortgages, we normally charge a flat fee ranging from £250 to £499, depending on the nature of the case.
The fee is charged upon successful completion of the mortgage.
As we are independent, clients have the option of paying us purely by fee but any procuration fee we receive from the lender would be rebated to the client.
We discuss this with all clients.
