Established in 2007 we now have 4 office across Central Scotland and are currently doing market research in another area. We have offices in Livingston, Paisley, Glasgow East End and South Side. Our main area of expertise in Residential Lettings although we have recently set-up a parent Estate Agency called Jacob & Jones which operates out of Glasgow.

We currently have 4 staff members in the Livingston all of whom have several years experience in the Letting field. We anticipate that we will double our workforce by the end of 2008.

The Livingston branch has only been in operation 6 months and we are now managing 70 properties with many more in the pipeline. Due to the size of our organisation we can spend more on advertising and marketing properties then any of our competitors therefore we generally let all our properties within 2 weeks with the odd exception.

At present we take on around 10 properties every month which is exactly what we are aiming for as we need to build the business steadily and ensure that we maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.

Average cost is around £150 which includes all Marketing/Advertising/Tenant finding and Legal Paperwork. We also offer new landlords 2 months free commission which we charge at a standard 10%. These charges are unrivalled in the West Lothian area and we do not compromise on service.
