Our current client list is 50% sales, 50% lettings, with some 30% of lettings properties being managed. We have an in-house mortgage clinic and we source the whole market for mortgage products. We deal with prime and sub-prime market products. Our average sale price for our properties is £500k and properties are usually listed for a maximum of 3 months. We also use e-conveyancer for all of our clients who require legal assistance for their purchase, sale or remortgage purposes. Our core market is period property. However, we also sell refurbished conversions, new developments and commercial buildings.
Fees:
Our fees for management are 15%.
Our fee for lettings is 10% - This includes references and administration.
Our sole agency fees are 1.5% (we currently have introductory price of 0% for new landlords - however an administrative fee of £250 is payable to cover our advertising costs. This offer price is only valid until end of January 2008).
