The partners Rob Stoyle MNAEA and Phil Morgan MNAEA head up the office with a professional and proven approach. They have unrivalled local knowledge and experience in Mid-Devon and are very approachable. In the front office you will regularly find George Clover (Senior Negotiator) and Jess Clover (Negotiator/Sales Progression). Christine Bedford has many years experience and is responsible for Administration and secretary to the Partners. Jemma Hopper and David Rutter are found accompanying viewings and Jemma also negotiates when she is in the office! Jasmine Popert, Jo Burrow and Paula Turner make up the team on a more part time basis.

We are the largest estate agent in Crediton and cover most of the Mid-Devon area from Exeter to Okehampton and North to Chulmleigh area. We have approximately 100 available properties on our books. We price accurately according to the local market conditions and demand for property and are realistic. We pride ourselves on achieving sales and not just advertising properties if someone comes along.

Percentage charged but varies according to which package suits the client, i.e. to include HIP, conveyancing, sole or joint agency agreements.
