We are a young, independent letting agent & property management company that offers a competitive, no frills service. Although we are based in North West England we offer nationwide coverage.
Staff:
As an internet driven organisation we are able to operate with just 4 members of staff on the lettings side but we also have 4 staff members in our property maintenance team.

We operate a no frills property management & lettings service but at fees that vastly undercut the competition. We currently manage over 50 properties but have the capacity to manage over 300 properties and they are 100% residential properties.
