As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of both Landlords and Tenants and unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.

We have a good number of properties on our books at present, though they are usually snapped up within a couple of weeks. At least ten new properties come onto our books each month, and it is always worthwhile giving us a call to let our your property/properties as we advertise extensively on the internet and the press. Alternatively if you are a tenant then get in contact with us as we're sure to be able to help you out with your search for a suitable house/flat to rent.

Our services include letting and managing properties or a let only service.

We also provide corporate relocations and investment advice on your properties, including buildings works to stage managing your property to show it off to the best of it's potential.

We have a special offer on at present whereby we are only charging 8% to manage your properties for you, with no upfront fee to pay for the initial letting process.

Alternatively for a let only service we are only charging a one off fee of 1 and 1/2 weeks the monthly rental.

Additionally we don't charge VAT for our services either.

We are members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA).
