Our Landlord fees are dependent on the level of management service required. Please contact our office for details of our schemes including our unique Platinum Guaranteed Rental Scheme.
Our tenant administration fee is a fixed rate of £150 including VAT for the first and £50 including VAT for all other tenants which includes all administration, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually 1 months rent plus £100 and a months rent is requested before moving in.
Our estate agency fees are 1.5% plus VAT, payable on completion on a no sale no fee basis.
